Simple as that.
I play football almost every day.The version is not very difficult, because it is a typical 5X5 Road Field (artificial turf)
It is known that football shoes are not, especially the mines are compatible with the arch, there are a lot of pain if you use them.
Is there a pair of shoes that your feet and help absorb the impact energy?
Sometimes I use my Asics Gel Nimbus and my feet are soooo comfortable. I do not feel the pain when I use, but they are not soccer. I would therefore like a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus, but for the football!

Once put on ice the ankle. Then wrap. After 30 minutes it will be ok.

I had the problem a year ago. It Hurts Like !@#$! But stretch often. If you watch TV in the shower, standing in line at the supermarket ... Make part Akle rotation and sudden movements. Rake some time, but it really helps!

Nike tried. Some have very good support. If you do not find it, ask someone who their works.
